Our History:

Connections Dance Academy is honored to building off of the legacy of All 4 Dance Performing Arts Studio and its previous owners Megan Della Fave and Shannon Boyle. We have been blessed to have been serving the Caldwell community in its current location for over fifteen years and to have a well-respected reputation in the community. Miss Amber is excited to lead the studio to future successes!

Our Mission:

Through quality training and meaningful relationships, our mission is to create a community where dancers feel inspired, supported and encouraged to become the best version of themselves in and out of the studio. We emphasize proper technique, discipline, and artistry while encouraging self-love and confidence. We believe everyone who loves to dance should have a place to DANCE!

As seen in our name the core of our identity is connection, we believe in giving all students a sense of belonging and family within our walls.

• Respect: We maintain mutual respect for teachers, dancers and families. We believe kindness, compassion, professionalism and teamwork are integral to life beyond the studio and therefore, we carry those qualities with utmost significance within our school.

• Discipline & Commitment: We teach responsibility, work ethic and dedication. We believe that dance can enhance self-discipline, confidence, and resilience which our dancers can carry with them throughout their lives.

• Self-expression & Artistry: We value the creativity and talents of our students and teachers. We help build our dancers’ self-esteem and empower them to find their individuality, and unique artistic voice. We believe dance is a beautiful vessel to express one’s feelings and ideas to the wider world.
